Annual General Meeting 2025
Join us on Tuesday, November 25th at 3:00pm in Founders Assembly Hall (FC 152) for our YFS Annual General Meeting! The Annual General Meeting happens every year, and provides members with the opportunity to receive updates from their elected representatives, in addition to submitting and voting on motions that help determine the direction and stances that their Students' Union takes.
In order to enter, please bring your YU student card. The Annual General Meeting is only open to undergraduate students of York University.
Motions can be submitted to president@yfs.ca by Tuesday, November 18th at 4pm.
Proxies may also be submitted via the form below by Tuesday, November 18th at 4:00pm.

PROXY FORM
Proxy forms are now closed. The deadline to submit a proxy form was Tuesday, November 18th at 4:00pm.
Proxy forms allow a member of the York Federation of Students who is unable to attend the AGM to grant their vote to another member of the Federation. It also provides permission for the meeting to be held in your absence. One member cannot hold more than 3 proxies. The member holding proxies will be given a voting card designating the amount of proxies they have been granted through the successful completion of this form.
