Annual General Meeting 2023
Join us on Thursday, November 30th at 5:00pm in ACE 102 for our YFS Annual General Meeting! The Annual General Meeting is the highest decision making body of the York Federation of Students and happens every year. At the AGM, you will have the opportunity to receive updates from your elected representatives in addition to submitting and voting on motions that help determine the direction and stances that your Students' Union takes.
In order to enter, please bring your YU student card. The Annual General Meeting is only open to undergraduate students of York University.
Motions can be submitted to president@yfs.ca by Friday, November 24th at 4pm.
Proxies may also be submitted by Wednesday, November 29th at 4:00pm.
FOOD ALLERGY NOTICE: Please do not bring cinnamon in any form into the space.

PROXY FORM
To pick up a proxy form, please visit the YFS office in the First Student Centre, room 336. The deadline to submit your proxy form is Wednesday, November 29th at 4:00pm.
A proxy form can be used in the case that you cannot make the meeting, but still wish to provide your permission so that the meeting may continue in your absence.
