Clubs are the heart of student life at York! They create a strong sense of community, opportunities to build leadership skills, and a place to develop lifelong friendships and relationships.
With close to 400 clubs to choose from, varying from academic, sports and leisure, political to cultural clubs, there is a club for everyone.

 | Curling Club at York University | The club's main objective is to run an organized program supporting a men's and ladies' team under the guidance of certified coaches which develops York athletes to represent the university at OUA and other competitions.  | Schizophrenia Society of York | The Schizophrenia Society of York aims to humanize individuals diagnosed with schizophrenia while providing a platform for those who have loved ones affected by it too. Schizophrenia occurs in about 1% of the population and people affected can lose touch with reality, develop hallucinations, paranoia, delusions, and psychosis. Due to this, people suffering from this disorder as well as their family members can feel isolated and alone.
